✦ About Me ✦hey there!!! im bibi & welcome 2 my little corner of the web. this is where i celebrate the magic hidden in nature, art, photography & the freedom of skateboarding. im 18 & i believe the universe speaks 2 us thru creativity & movement. my grandmother's words echo in my soul: "Água mole, pedra dura, tanto bate até que fura." soft water, hard stone, keep hitting until u break thru. thats how i live - patient, persistent, spiritual.

✧ My Passions ✧i spend most of my time creating art, whether thats drawing, painting, or capturing moments thru my camera lens. nature is my biggest teacher - the way light filters thru leaves, how colors shift with seasons, the patterns in waves & wind. i skateboard 2 feel alive & free, 2 push my body & mind into new spaces. theres something sacred about being in flow, abt movement being meditation. os mutantes changed my life. their music is like a door 2 another dimension - psychedelic, spiritual, weird & beautiful. i listen 2 "Panis et Circenses" & i feel the entire cosmos humming. they prove that art can be experimental & still touch the deepest parts of ur soul. photography is my way of seeing 2. im obsessed w/ capturing light, shadow, texture - the invisible made visible. my dream is 2 do a photo series on the relationship between urban skateboarding & natural landscapes. like, how we carve concrete the way water carves stone. persistence, beauty, breaking barriers. ✧ My Beliefs ✧i believe in synchronicity, in following intuition, in the power of intention. every moment is a chance 2 create something meaningful. the universe is alive & communicating w/ us through nature, art, dreams & coincidence. i meditate every morning & i keep a dream journal. ive been 2 museums 2 see water color paintings & swear i felt the artist's soul in the brushstrokes.

OMG i finally finished the photo section!!! its only been sitting on my todo list 4 like 3 months lol. added 47 photos of bilu, nature shots from the park, & some skateboarding pics my friend lucas took. the lighting in those autumn leaf photos is INSANE - the universe was showing off that day i swear.

went 2 see an os mutantes tribute band last week & i cried lol. not ashamed. their energy was 2 powerful, like connecting w/ something eternal. been listening 2 "Bat Macumba" on repeat & its changing how i think about music & spirituality. want 2 make a shrine section dedicated 2 them but idk if thats too much... maybe i will anyway.

broke my arm skateboarding at the skate park but also got the most beautiful photo before it happened?? life is weird. anyway im healing & using this time 2 finally redesign the site. wanted 2 make it more mystical, more ME. added the stars & sparkles, changed the whole color scheme. my soul feels more represented now 💜

started a new art project combining skateboard graphics w/ nature themes. sketching mandalas that look like aerial views of landscapes. its gonna b so cool when its done. also took bilu 2 the park & got like 50 photos. that dog is the most photogenic creature alive fr fr.
✦ My Familiar: Bilu ✦🌙 Bilu the Mystical Companion 🌙
Species: Doggo (Cocker Spaniel mix) Age: 5 years old Personality: Bilu is my spiritual guide & best friend. She has these DEEP brown eyes that look like theyre peering into other dimensions. shes obsessed w/ chasing leaves & sitting in sunbeams - basically a meditation master in dog form. she comes w/ me 2 the skate park & just watches, fully present & non-judgmental. whenever im stuck on art i just sit w/ bilu & suddenly ideas flow. Special Talents: Howling along 2 os mutantes (i swear she recognizes the music!!!), finding the most aesthetic leaves, photogenic beyond belief, knowing exactly when i need a cuddle, appears 2 understand the concept of divine timing Favorite Things: chasing butterflies, sleeping on my art notebooks (always knows where i'm stuck lol), swimming in the river behind our house, watching the sunset, getting photographed honestly bilu is part of why i believe in magic. this dog has MORE intuition than most humans. she saved me from a bad friendship 1 time by just refusing 2 be around that person. trust ur pets spiritual wisdom, friends.
✦ Art & Visual Vision ✦My Artistic Journeyi create art 2 process the world. my main mediums r watercolor, ink, digital drawing, & collage. im super into blending nature imagery w/ abstract/spiritual symbols. mandalas, moon phases, geometric patterns inspired by natural formations. ive been studying how ancient cultures used art 2 communicate w/ the spiritual realm & im trying 2 do the same but make it feel modern & personal. ✧ Current Projects ✧
✧ Inspiration Sources ✧i get inspired by: ancient art & symbolism, the work of Hilma af Klint (shes like my spiritual art ancestor), nature photography, os mutantes album covers (theyre literally ART), skateboard culture aesthetics, my dreams, colors in nature, the way light moves, & conversations w/ people who r creating authentic work.

music is a spiritual practice 4 me. when im listening 2 os mutantes i feel connected 2 something cosmic. like theyre channeling frequencies from another dimension & im privileged 2 hear them. im learning guitar 2 b able 2 recreate some of that magic myself.
✦ Through My Lens ✦photography is how i see more clearly. when ur looking 4 shots, ur paying attention 2 light, shadow, composition, LIFE. its meditation w/ a camera. i mostly shoot landscapes, nature close-ups, skateboarding action shots, & candid moments w/ bilu. ✧ Favorite Photography Subjects ✧
✧ Dream Projects ✧want 2 create a photo book called "Carved by Water, Carved by Stone" documenting how skateboarding & natural forces create similar patterns. also want 2 do a series following bilu thru different landscapes - wilderness, urban, suburban, coastal - exploring how she moves thru each w/ the same spiritual presence. been experimenting w/ double exposure techniques & light painting. trying 2 create images that feel mystical, like theyre showing multiple realities at once. photography is my way of saying "look at how BEAUTIFUL this moment is" 2 the world.

bibi ur photography section is GORGEOUS. the way u use light is mature 4 ur age. the double exposure experiments especially - u have a real vision here. the water reflections series is haunting in the best way. uve got real talent, keep pushing it 💜 - jade
